I just dont think the Z actually affects the cam. I've downloaded your models, and they have the same issue I've seen with other versions uploaded. I dont think there is much you can do except make the eyes, mouth and hair 1 sided so they are invisible from the player's perspective, but hair will look funny to others.

That's strange, for me I had none of those sort of issues. All I can say is to import the SDK, then Cubed Shaders, then the model. Make sure the X, Y, and Z position is at 0 for the model and set the scale for the X-Y-Z to like 0.4 or so.

While trying to get a Carrie Krueger model in, I realized the Z for the vr cam doesn't really change anything and had to put the cam over her head because of how large it is. Could be the same issue that the pop-chans are just too large headed for the cams to sit proper.

Cetrica, try importing Cubed Shaders and the VRChat SDK BEFORE importing the model. That might happen if you import the model first instead of cubed shaders. And if that still doesn't work, import the model in unity, go to the materials folder of the model, and set it to use the "Flat Lit Toon" shader.
