Used Rigid Bodies and Fixed Joints. Make a game object and put it on your whole avatar (Parented to the same thing your armature and body are on) Make another and put it on your head. Add compnent "Rigid Body" to the game object on your head. take gravity off and put kinematic on. angular drag will be set to 0. check off all 6 isolated boxes. Add component "Fixed Joint" to the other game object. Turn gravity off. Set angular drag to 0. Drag your rigid body into your fixed joint "Connected Body"
