I think the weight painting can only be done in Blender, and try importing as FBX (That is the file type I exported it as). Join the Discord if you need better help

Thank you~\r\nThe skeleton has fingers and neck bones, but adding them enables the full body tracking which breaks the animations, especially any idle dances. You can add them manually to see how it works. Wrist, fingers, neck and head bones are not weight painted so you won't be able to pose them, sorry
