right arm>right elbow>barnacle>barnacle.qc_skeleton>Bone14>Bone15.You should find Bone 16 right after 15. Then you select bone 16, and on the right-hand side you remove the script component.

In the Hierarchy on the left hand side, you want to expand Dr Coomer>Hips>Spine>Chest>Right shoulder>

I also get an error stating missing prefab. Really cool concept though!
