Just found out that I did an oopsie, and the bug was caused when I right clicked on scp096.unity, and did export package instead of right clicking on EVERYTHING. Woops. I'm gonna update this in a few minutes.
To get the Cubed Unity Shaders, go to https://github.com/cubedparadox/Cubeds-Unity-Shaders. To bypass the Polygons, to go into "Documents", go into the folder that has the name of your "Project" you have the avatar in, go into Assets, VRCSDK, Dependencies, VRChat, Editor, then into VRC_SdkControlPanel.cs. Then scroll down until you find some text like this: (polycount < 20000) OnGUIWarning(avatar, "Polygons: " + polycount + " - This avatar will not perform well on many systems."); Enter a number that is above the number of Polygon's that the avatar currently has, (Example" if it had 22922 polys, you change 2000 to a number that is higher than 22922,) and Save it after the changes have been made.
To get the cubed unity shaders into unity, simply drag the Cubed Unity Shaders unity package to the section where all the folders and stuff are. Or, simply right click, click Import Package (Somewhere along those lines) find the Shaders, and double click it. If you are still having trouble, then you will probably have to put in the Cubed Unity Shaders BEFORE you import the avatar.
For some reason when I first import it into unity, it just uses the bloody textures. I've seen videos where when someone uses the weapon, they turn bloody and have the disturbed face texture on them. Any help
I am talking about the gesture. The gesture is called the handgun due to it looking like you are pointing a gun at someone. You can perform the gesture by holding down the grip trigger, which if you are using this model, would activate the jumpscare.
UPDATE! I've gotten help from someone named TheOneWolf. He got his slenderman jumpscare to work, and he allowed me to borrow the fixed version of it, and add it to this avatar! HUGE thanks to him!
Well here is the thing. I'm not entirely sure how to fix it due to how there has been no tutorial on how to do this, and I added the jump scare in the way that you would do if you were putting a weapon on an avatar. I don't know why it doesn't work for anyone, since it works for me. I honestly don't know how to fix it since I'm not a fully experienced modder.
Weirdly enough, it works when I do it.. Strange.. Does it have the "Test Slender" in there? If it's removed, then the jumpscare won't happen. (I think.)
Does anyone know how to use the jumpscare shader? I don't mean how to do it in the mod, I mean how do I replicate it? I'm trying to use it on my Slenderman model.
