Atsuko Kagari or Akko from Little Witch Academia
A first generation witch from Japan, and is an admirer of Shiny Chariot.

She has blink, visemes, eye-tracking, props, and emotes
Don't depend on the pictures completely! She has more than that!
Her skirt actually collides! Collision only stops on extreme cases of movement. (Like certain moves in MMD Battle Stage) Or sitting down.

Notes:
- Don't use Wink 2 and Wink 2 right blendshapes. Just don't.
- Due to the character's use of the cloth component. It is not recommended for use in areas with many people.
- The skirt physics is not perfect. It can really mess up sometimes. I tried my best to fix it. However, it does it’s job to collide with the legs.
- T-pose for the right arm is weird. I currently couldn't fix it. However, it can be easily ignored in game and it can somehow fit the show's art style anyway.
