Upgraded SDK2 to SDK3 (new prefab)
The original scene (Assets/Liliana.unity) uses binary serialization, so it cannot be edited without Unity. Created 'Assets/Liliana-VRCMods.prefab' and ready-to-open scene 'Assets/Liliana-VRCMods.unity' instead: a prefab of the avatar model 'Assets/Avatars/Shiina/Liliana.fbx' with a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor on its root and the viewpoint at 1.116 m in world (eye level), derived from the rig's eye bones. Open the generated scene in Unity to upload the avatar - the original scene is left untouched.
Added multi-avatar upload instructions
The package contains 2 avatar roots, but binary scene data cannot be faithfully separated by the server-side patcher. Assets/VRCMods-Upload-Instructions.txt identifies the generated primary prefab and explains how to migrate each remaining root in Unity.

it has been over 3 years, so whens the update coming?
0I wasn't able to fix it, my knowledge in blender is **** x-x But to me it seems like the eyes are looking at the ears by default, which makes them look up u-u
0The avatar is missing some DynamicBone scripts. it's easily fixable if you have the DynamicBone files, just extract them into the unity project.Other than that, I got the same problem with eyes as rohart. I'm going to see if I can fix it myself
