It's for the chains and the hair! Colliders that make you fly around are different, you're thinking of world colliders like the floor that you walk on or objects that collide with the ground (balls, cups, walls, or really any object in the game)
This is only a dynamic bone collider ^^, meaning the hands can touch the hair and chain and as well as the two colliding with the floor

It's actually a large dynamic bone collider below the avatar attached to the armature I'm pretty sure! ^*^You can take the dimensions of the collider from my avatar! The collider is attached to "GameObject" I'm pretty sure!!
