For anyone wondering how to fix the pink model, all you have to do is apply the given textures to the certain body parts.

In this instance, click and drag the "poohbear" texture and into the christian_server_bod2 and christian_server_shirt2 in the Heirarchy asset tab. Same for the texture0000 to the christian_server_head2.
