Created a Unity scene for the avatar
The package contained no .unity scene and no .prefab. Created 'Assets/魔物B-VRCMods.unity': a scene with the avatar model 'Assets/魔物B/魔物B.fbx' placed in it and a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor on its root, with the viewpoint at 1.685 m in world (eye level), derived from the measured model height. Open this scene in Unity to upload the avatar.

Attached a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor to the model root in 'Assets/魔物B-VRCMods.unity' and set the viewpoint to 1.685 m in world (eye level), derived from the measured model height.
Resized the avatar to 1.8 m
The new scene imports the model at 0.832x scale (from 1), so the avatar stands 1.8 m tall. In Unity, tweak the scale to your preference - we default to 1.8 m (about the size of an average human male).
