Direct sponsorships

Discuss a clearly labelled campaign around a relevant tutorial, creator tool, or promotional placement. We agree on scope, timing, creative approval, reporting, and payment before anything goes live.

A direct sponsorship is a separately agreed campaign, not an existing referral link or a promise of guaranteed sales.

Invite VRCMods to your own referral program or a program managed through a third-party network. We review product fit, customer experience, tracking, and commission terms before deciding whether to participate.

Referral links may earn commission on qualifying purchases. They do not imply a direct sponsorship or endorsement by the network.

Invite us to your program

What to include

  • Your company or creator name, product URL, and a contact email.
  • A short explanation of how the product helps VRChat users or 3D creators.
  • Whether you propose a direct campaign or referrals, including the network and program name if you use one.
  • Supported countries, currencies, product availability, and customer support.
  • Commission and attribution window, or campaign budget and preferred dates.
  • Payment schedule, minimum payout, and how refunds or cancelled orders affect payment.
  • Creative assets, product licensing, and permission to use promotional material.

Do not send passwords, API keys, customer lists, or payment details. An invitation starts a conversation; it does not activate a placement or enrol either party in a program.

Keep it useful and transparent

  • Relevant products with clear ownership, licensing, and support.
  • Visible sponsorship or commission disclosures. Paid links are marked as sponsored.
  • No paid organic search rankings, moderation influence, or guaranteed positive reviews.
  • No misleading download buttons, forced clicks, or products that require sharing account passwords.
  • No guaranteed traffic, sales, or automatic acceptance. Placement availability and reporting are agreed individually.
