how do i get the textures?

When I load this into unity there is no textures for the materials

@sync1211 Thanks for the update! I love the avatars and I look forward to the updates, sir. Also, while I have your attention, the fingers are kinda messed up on the new batch of avatar. The two middle fingers cross when you open your hand. Sort of make a "W" shape.

I would like to use this avatar but I dont know how to decimate and all the tutorials i can find are saying I have to download external soft ware to do it if you have any advice to fix the polygon count please let me know
