By "You just need to put this Prefab in your avatar" what exactly do you mean?

The only folder that seems to be in the download is something called RingAboveHead and when i load or drag the prefab in it no visible model shows up. Just some gears?
i loaded the current latest version of mochi. Do i need a earlier one to make the textures work? Im in the 2018 version of unity by the way.
