Texture issues easy fix, just apply the cubed unity shaders to everything. when the face shows up weird, which it should, set the face_MikuAp_b.mat to opaque or cutout, I don't think it matters for that specific file. For blinking, throw it in blender with the right addons and apply eye tracking with both blink slots filled with "blink" not "wink". Then make sure you export it back over the same FBX file in the unity project with the right settings (see tuppers megatutorial) and it should be good to go.
