Then click on the line and add a condition like “VRCEmote equals 34” or something like that. You might need to adjust other settings in that same inspector window like end time or duration but that depends on the emote your using.

To make another emote? Right click The Custom Emotes state, it will give you a drop down menu. select create transition and then click on whatever your next state is. This will create those lines between the states.
