Go to assets>model>gordon and just above 'Gordon Sandwhich' there should be a thing called 'Gordon'. Click on that once, and a list of gestures will appear like this: https://imgur.com/oPARmVO

Yep, if anybody has issues with shaders not working properly (showing as purple), set the shader material to 'Standard' like Hercule John has suggested

If you use this, you need to fix a few shaders by changing them to 'standard' (hair, tomato, pan, duck). If some textures are not applying convert the dds files to png and then manually assign
