Is there a way to increase the poly limit on the sdk anymore?

Whenever I put this on an avatar it says that the SpriteRenderer is found on the avatar and I can't then publish it... any way to fix this

I tried that but it made the whole model pink, I'm not good with unity :(

where does one get the shader to fix the head and boots being pink?
