What is the point of these packs if there are no sources inside, and there are no blendshapes for the animation?

can i ask you how you get the vmd animations working? i apply the motion on an avatar in blender and import the fbx to unity, rig the avatar humanoid and take out the animation with ctrl+d - but it looks like **** on other avatars. Probably because the bones have other names
