I am not sure if you need to get dynamic bone asset for this to work but it is recommended to have all assets imported before you open unity package. Then just open Lu Bu scene file and upload it to VRChat.

I've put dynamic bones in feathers, hair, skirts and colliders in both hands. No eye tracking/blinking unfortunately.

There are 3 custom gestures:
Fist - brings up Lu Bu's iconic Sky Piercer halberd
Finger point - starts drawing with right index finger tip.
RockNRoll - deletes all drawings.

Model is made by Koei Tecmo and Omega Force. Extracted from Dynasty Warriors 8. I joined meshes in Blender and added the features mentioned above in Unity.

To fix the too large bug just resize the scale of the massive pencil. I made it 0.1 on all axis and unity allowed the upload.
