Dynamic Bone ($20/€18) -
https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/tools/animation/dynamic-bone-16743 I am not sure if you need to get dynamic bone asset for this to work but it is recommended to have all assets imported before you open unity package. Then just open Lu Bu scene file and upload it to VRChat.
I've put dynamic bones in feathers, hair, skirts and colliders in both hands. No eye tracking/blinking unfortunately.
There are 3 custom gestures:
Fist - brings up Lu Bu's iconic Sky Piercer halberd
Finger point - starts drawing with right index finger tip.
RockNRoll - deletes all drawings.
