you can use it however you want and put it in your avatars or maps or anything you can come up with. I did that 3d model from scratch. i did add some bones so you can add dynamic bones to it and make it more... "interesting" and if you want to make it more "interesting" you can try and add the sound effect of a slap or whip to make it more fun.
