To make a gif, get the program called "ShareX" (it's freeware). It has a screen recording feature that will auto convert the recorded video into a GIF. IN the systray, right-click shareX and go to "Capture" and then click "Screen Recording (GIF)". You will get an outline tool that you drag around the area of the screen you want to record. When you're done recording, click the "Stop" button and wait for shareX to convert the footage into a GIF. Go to the folder where it saves it's stuff and you should see your GIf there. While ti's converting, you should see two files, one a GIF and one an MP4. When the MP4 disappears, your gif is done. Then you would upload the gif to a site like imgur.com
