Upgraded SDK2 to SDK3 (new prefab)
The original scene (Assets/Giorno.unity) uses binary serialization, so it cannot be edited without Unity. Created 'Assets/Giorno-VRCMods.prefab' and ready-to-open scene 'Assets/Giorno-VRCMods.unity' instead: a prefab of the avatar model 'Assets/Dying.dae' with a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor on its root and the viewpoint at 1.685 m in world (eye level), derived from the rig's eye bones. Open the generated scene in Unity to upload the avatar - the original scene is left untouched. The new prefab preserves the original scene's 1.066x root scale.
Resized the avatar to 1.8 m
The new prefab overrides the model root's scale, from 0.01 to 1.066, so the avatar stands 1.8 m tall. In Unity, tweak the scale to your preference - we default to 1.8 m (about the size of an average human male).

0@Kirex17 I'm actually doing the same thing. Trying to find a good Giorno Model for this thing i'm trying to do. How did you get the model to work? I assume not Mixamo because it keeps giving an error.
0@Aarameshi im trying to find a good model of joseph / shadow dio. I only make the models VRChat ready i don't acctually know how to 3d model...so as long as i can't find a model of them i sadly won't be able to upload them.
