This Avatar is optimized to be able to be visible by default by anyone on Android/Quest. It comes with a ready to upload package. Visemes and physbones are also setup. Please make sure you have the VRChat SDK in your project before importing. Try a few other shaders should you feel fancy, but I found that the default ToonLit one works well.
