'If you came here to role play as a 3D modeling software, you're in the right place. It's Blender Chan! Your favorite 3D software to use to create your avatars and stuff. The creator of the model decided to go along with a cartoon style along with the color themes of orange, white, and black.
Note: The original version of Blender Chan (along with credits to the 3D artist) can be found in the sketch fab preview shown above.
This version of Blender Chan is slightly edited to be used for VRChat. This model only contains extra bones for the bow tie around the waist (no hair/dress bones). The avatar has blend shapes for blinking along with a rough version of speech visemes.

Fixed blend shapes affecting vertices on shoulders
Fixed rig on torso and upper arms (Desktop okay, VR unsure)
An update will be made on extending the geometry around the waist area of blender's jump suit. Geometry holes were spotted when performing extreme deformations such as doing yoga animations or bending down.

0Detach the blueprint ID from the avatar descriptor. I never bothered to update this file to remove that issue.
0When uploading an avatar, it writes : The sugned in account does not have acces to the blueprint associated with your VRC_Avatar(or Scene)Descriprot.
