search up how to use MantisLODEditor and download it, it reduces the amount of polygons and you can choose how much polygons you want

@sync1211I have followed the instructions given, and I am above the polygon limit (37073/20000). Is there any way I can fix this? Thank you for your help

removing the vta will do will do nothing its only for editing the bounds if your creating custom stuff and for telling it how big it is i dont have access to this account i uploaded with so i cant edit it

When I upload an avatar from Unity, I can not upload unless I remove the VTA vertics. Can this give a fatal flaw to your avatar?

@Pilgrum1236 You will need to create a scene by dragging the model "!!!!Cooper..." into the Object hirachy Window You will need to add the component "VRC_AvatarDescriptor" from the VRCSDK Package too.

Hey, my download only comes up as a file, and out of all of the scenes, I am not able to find one with the model, and therefore can't upload it. How can I get this to where it can be uploaded? I'm new to VRChat.

I actually just popped him into blender and decimated him down to 7k, and now he sits proudly in my Ogre cockpit :D

@sync1211 i will be erasing my pc and starting a new i am working on 3 projects rn for vrcmods that you con look forward to 1. i am making animations for jack like taking his helmet off (easy and done) also im doing the knife animation (easy done) and last is voice lines (east almost done) 2. i am trying to get viper uploaded along with his red green and black camo 3. i am working on the titanfall 2 grunt all of them will be on one pack. thanks again buddy

why don't you tru and put the car smg on the thruster pack so you can also grab it and hold it like every other model

Ok. I personally like the whole setup with specular and normals better, but it's also a lot of work to put together!

i like it better i do emission some times but i dont bother setting up the other ones when cubed looks better

Ah, I see, you either like it better with cubed shaders or don't want to bother setting up specular, normal , ambient occlusion and emission maps.

All i do with my models to give them life and more nice shaders is just to do cubed shaders and flat litthere is not shadowing and it makes it pop

Also how did you configure the normal map, since you can't just turn the smoothness up to 1 like with the TF|1 models?

You usually can't upload files that include the SDK! But you can keep the avatar descriptor on the Model in the scene so it can be loaded with the scene when the SDK is installed!
