Upgraded SDK2 to SDK3 (new prefab)
The original scene (Assets/Sayori/Sayori.unity) uses binary serialization, so it cannot be edited without Unity. Created 'Assets/Sayori-VRCMods.prefab' and ready-to-open scene 'Assets/Sayori-VRCMods.unity' instead: a prefab of the avatar model 'Assets/Sayori/Sayori.fbx' with a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor on its root and the viewpoint at 1.546 m in world (eye level), derived from the rig's eye bones. Open the generated scene in Unity to upload the avatar - the original scene is left untouched. The new prefab preserves the original scene's 1.145x root scale.

Desktop mode, hips going nuts. Full-body, totally works!
0Well this was made with my full body tracking in mind so that probably has something to do with it but I have tried it without full body tracking and it worked fine. Try checking the bones in Unity to see if there are any issues for you.
0By broken he means her hips keep spazzing around lots.
0Explain?
0This model is broken as hell, I love it!
0For some reason when I try to use this, the hip goes all over the place. : (
0Preach the truth brother
0Sayori, more like Baeori cause she is best girl and I love her.
0I honestly don't know but since it's been happening after you turned it off that might be the problem, tbh im still fairly new to unity :/
0Is that the problem? From what I've heard you're suppose to disable automatic eye blinking
0Then you probably found your problem my good man.
0Yes I did disable it in CATS
0Did you disable the blinking in CATS when you created eye tracking? The problem usually comes from the avatar blinking twice
