The animation in the body parts is in Japanese maybe my avatar has only the idle pose. can one somehow rewrite this in english in blender or something?

I think there is a bug with the armature of the animation. It default poses the character on the animation demo to the right. Did you configure it correctly to work with all models?

your missing the dance animation in the file there are only main and second for dances and both of those are broken
