Destroyer Kisaragi from Kantai Collection. The model uses Cubed's Shaders and Dynamic Bones for the hair and ribbon.

*EDIT. For whatever reason I cannot seem to upload the full avatar right now, so this will be only the model until I can sort it out.

The fourth material from the left must be made Unlit/Transparent Cutout for the eyes to show properly

If you go to materials, make the fourth one from the left Unlit/Transparent cutout and it will work

Is something wrong with the eyes? Rest of the textures look pretty good, had to set the materials to normal because cubedparadox textures seem to always load pink
