Upgraded SDK2 to SDK3
Replaced the retired Avatars 2.0 descriptor with an Avatars 3.0 descriptor, viewpoint at 1.53 m in world (eye level) (the rig's eye bones). Animation layers and expressions are at SDK3 defaults and may need manual setup.
Enabled viseme lip sync
Set lip sync to Viseme Blend Shape and assigned the 15 vrc.v_* shapes already on the mesh. The viseme mesh itself still has to be selected in Unity if it was never set.

0@oniiguy maybe because he just took a standard Len and made/mixed the rest with it.. But true, if it is a upload of a model made from someone else, crediting the artist (which is not forced to be on deviantart btw, many amazing models comes from Nico too) would be one of the first things to write in a description
