He has no cape or symbol, they're in unity, but just won't show up as actual things, just blue boxes that cannot be used. Same goes for his satchels. If I'm doing something wrong, I'd really appreciate some help from anyone who can offer it.

Upgraded SDK2 to SDK3Replaced the retired Avatars 2.0 descriptor with an Avatars 3.0 descriptor, viewpoint at 1.676 m in world (eye level) (the rig's eye bones). Animation layers and expressions are at SDK3 defaults and may need manual setup.
Enabled viseme lip syncSet lip sync to Viseme Blend Shape and assigned the 15 vrc.v_* shapes already on the mesh. The viseme mesh itself still has to be selected in Unity if it was never set.
