This is a particle that lags behind the avatar.
Credit for the ghost used goes to https://vrcmods.com/item/5317 (TRAP KILLER)
To change what the mesh looks like just go to (Particle system -> Render -> change the mesh to whatever you want it to be)
If you need help setting this up with your avatar let me know does2#8352
A known bug with it is that it freaks out when you stand still I don't know of a way to fix this as of now
This is made for people who want a follower on the quest
