I'm having the same issue with the fingers and the body always stays stiff.I noticed that it's missing one of the bones in the left hand. Could that be the problem?
Cyberknite if you load the SDK scene example avatar then pull him to your asset folder you should create a human scaled model you can put in the scene after you load the gundam scene. Then just Place them at coordinates 0,0,0 and match the gundam to the size you need.
