To fix the too large bug just resize the scale of the massive pencil. I made it 0.1 on all axis and unity allowed the upload.

The hands are pretty messed up when closing your fist but other than that it's great.

Issue with the thumbs they are pretty freaky, but other than that it works pretty well.
