@tirru, It was because I was using the latest VRChat SDK with modified config, had to use the older one.

So what happened was a problem with the vrcmods site. According to vrcmods discord, downloads were broken around time when you uploaded it..I think that was the primary cause of the issue. The file imports properly now. Thanks for the upload/share Dragonride and Guppyriella, try redownloading it now.

Says "Failed importing package C:/..... /Rin Chinese ( Blinking, eyetracking, Dynamics, Emotes )..unitypackage"
