Upgraded SDK2 to SDK3 (new prefab)
The original scene (Assets/Pokemon/Snorlax/Snorlax.unity) uses binary serialization, so it cannot be edited without Unity. Created 'Assets/Snorlax-VRCMods.prefab' and ready-to-open scene 'Assets/Snorlax-VRCMods.unity' instead: a prefab of the avatar model 'Assets/Pokemon/Snorlax/snorlax.fbx' with a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor on its root and the viewpoint at 1.685 m in world (eye level), derived from the measured model height. Open the generated scene in Unity to upload the avatar - the original scene is left untouched. The new prefab preserves the original scene's 0.963x root scale.
Resized the avatar to 1.8 m
The new prefab overrides the model root's scale, from 1 to 0.963, so the avatar stands 1.8 m tall. In Unity, tweak the scale to your preference - we default to 1.8 m (about the size of an average human male).

Okay thanks for your answer ^^ I don't know how to import non-humanod models so when I've seen that you post here a lot of pokemon models, I thought that maybe you can do that. Hope you'll find a way to import them ^^
0I'm trying to figure out 'snake' avatars myself. I can make generic rigs if I can get my hands on an animated model but that's pretty difficult. I'll keep trying though!
0Is it possible for you to make a "non humanoid pokemon" like Dragonair ? 'Cause I've seen many avatars like snakes and dragons who just fly around but are animated. Dragonair is my favorite pokemon so if you can make it alive in VRC, you will have my eternal gratitude :)
0Could you do one for Infernape please?
