I got it to work for vrchat by making it's scale 1.5, raising shoulder bones and angling the paws a bit downward. I hope this helps

Did you remember to save the text file? If you don't save it, no changes are kept.

the first thing you should do before you attempt this, is to make a copy and move it somewhere else, just in case it breaks.the way to edit it (windows edition) is to go here C:\\Users\\YOUR NAME\\Documents\\YOUR PROJECT\\Assets\\VRCSDK\\Dependencies\\VRChat\\Editorthen you look for VRC_SdkControlPanel.csyou can open it in some sort of code editing software (if you have it) or note pad. when you open it, do ctrl+f and type "shoulderPosition" without the quotes. edit the value in between the <____> and set it to some ridiculously small number. tada, you can click save and it should work. this also works for poly count. in the search bar type the 20000 and it should show up.if it works, let me know, and if not ill try and help you through the rest, good luck!

I'd definitely be willing, I just don't know how entirely. If you can explain, that'd be lovely. I've had this issue with a few models recently.

I found a fix. if your willing to do it, you can edit the sdk to make the shoulder height not matter.

Hey, I love the model, but Unity won't let me upload it. I have the same error as Depresso and Game Forge with the model not being tall enough. It greys out the Publish button. I tried playing with scale but it got to the point where it was telling me it was too tall and too short at the same time. Any advice? I didn't edit anything; it's straight out of the box. Thanks!

I've been trying to fix this for about an hour. but it continuously says that this model is too short. Even when taller than the example avatar, it's apparently less than 20cm. Any solutions to this?

At first when I downloaded it it wasn't working correctly, but luckily I bumped into the creator/up-loader of this avatar in VRChat and I let him know of the issue. so I am happy to say he fixed it he just forgot to add the dynamic bones. and this was about 30 minutes ago.
