is it just me or is the model our is the model a bit messed up as in the half of it is invis

the sword and plasma cannon and the normal hands appears both simultanously without any way to switch

now i can fight ryan's big form

i got the model but i don't know how to use the animations like the core bursting and the sword and plasma cannon arms switching. can someone please help?
