Yeah, the nail textures were pretty messed up and i had to fix them. better way would've been baking the texture onto decent hants. ultimately took way too long to decimate her properly, most mmd models are unoptimized and easy to decimate, kizuna is decently optimized.
Not bad decimation, although arguably a bit liberal in some areas and conservative in others. It also seems that you retained the nails very highly. Also, I'm fairly certain you can decimate the eyes planarly without great fear. Although, I even doubt everything I say myself.
