how do i add these to vrchat

I have a potentially dumb question, I play alot of Vr chat and want to know how to find the VR model for an avatar I like to use in game. so that I can then add the dances to them via Unity. Is there a way to find those in game avi models to directly edit? Or do I need to try and find everything the hard way? I am a bit new to all of this.. sorry
