Upgraded SDK2 to SDK3 (new prefab)
The original scene (Assets/delphox/delphox.unity) uses binary serialization, so it cannot be edited without Unity. Created 'Assets/delphox-VRCMods.prefab' and ready-to-open scene 'Assets/delphox-VRCMods.unity' instead: a prefab of the avatar model 'Assets/delphox/Delphox.fbx' with a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor on its root and the viewpoint at 1.685 m in world (eye level), derived from the rig's head bone. Open the generated scene in Unity to upload the avatar - the original scene is left untouched. The new prefab preserves the original scene's 1.203x root scale.
Resized the avatar to 1.8 m
The new prefab overrides the model root's scale, from 1 to 1.203, so the avatar stands 1.8 m tall. In Unity, tweak the scale to your preference - we default to 1.8 m (about the size of an average human male).

0@Spanzer so ok to get memed i would have had to actually download this for my self but did not because i already know what it was because two of my friends downloaded it and told me what was this model because they dont know about Pokemon...read again what i said plz...and i was speaking facts if ur trying to be funny the best way would have been to actually show the model and a pic of what Delphox look like...i would have then gave this a thumbs up.. so again @Spanzer read carefully when some one wrights.
0so......ok funny funny its a fat ass Pokemon Delphox....but why use art work depicting Quetzalcoatl from Dragon Maid.....why not just have art work showing Delphox...or better yet just show what the model looks like. To some ppl this is a form of trolling because they may or may not know who Delphox is...all you had to do was just show what it looks like its not like ppl would not download it just for fun...down vote just cause it dont make sense why post up Dragon Maid and the model has nothing to do with that anime...sorry.
