Upgraded SDK2 to SDK3 (new prefab)
The original scene (Assets/Shima Guns/Shima Guns.unity) uses binary serialization, so it cannot be edited without Unity. Created 'Assets/Shima Guns-VRCMods.prefab' and ready-to-open scene 'Assets/Shima Guns-VRCMods.unity' instead: a prefab of the avatar model 'Assets/Shima Guns/Shima Guns.fbx' with a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor on its root and the viewpoint at 0.558 m in world (eye level), derived from the rig's eye bones. Open the generated scene in Unity to upload the avatar - the original scene is left untouched. The new prefab preserves the original scene's 0.08x root scale.

To users, make sure to just import the "Shima Guns" when you import into the Unity (assuming you already imported Cubed Shaders, Dynamic Bones, and VRCSDK). Or you will import the old VRCSDK and get an error when uploading.
0yep i got the same problem. Im not good at it, it might be that but if you could realease a forceable one that would be awesome. And also fix the need to use dynamic bones would really help :)
0ty : )
