I want to see you partake in my hobbies and prove that you can do them too, but I don't expect you to spend a few thousand dollars and several weeks learning how to do them so I won't ask you to. Hopefully you'll forgive me for not spending a week learning to assemble an MMD model from prefabs and rig it when I have zero interest in doing so.
Props for not giving up and rage quitting though. Always nice to see people who realize they can't actually control others with a disclaimer on the internet. While I'm at it, thanks for what you do with your models. I don't use them, I won't use this one (especially not in vrchat), and I likely never will, but I do realize that it still takes work to put these together.

I never looked down on VRChat because its a platform for people to be themselves etc but hardwork comes in every way. I really want to see @Kassatsu rig a model it could be quite interesting , who knows in the future you can release some models for people to use in VRChat since you dont have pity or guilt.

i understand what @Kassatsu is trying to say yes want silly rules make a private discord etc or you know just dont be an asshole its that simple. Thank you to everyone who tried to defend me that is really nice atleast a positive side of the world exist. I have NO rights and I dont OWN yes but its not easy to to have a DECENT rigging especially a japanese software which i am not proefficient understanding. Rules are simply and originally its TDA rules the creator it is a standard rule we ALL have to follow IF we use TDA properties. No i am not taking the download down because this is just dumb and it can be avoided by ... ding ding ding reading the description :D.

I feel no guilt or pity for anyone that has "their" model get "stolen" and uploaded as a VRC avatar provided it's a bunch of prefabs they don't own, and even less so if it uses copyrighted material owned by another company or individual like this model apparently does.
If they modelled it from scratch themselves, that's another story entirely. That's a LOT more work than something as simple as assembling and rigging a bunch of prefabs and they could probably make an actual argument over legal ownership, even if the source material it's based on is copyrighted.
Want silly rules? Make a private discord and only send your prefab models to people you trust to not turn it into a VRChat avatar or whatever.

@Animemadhatter2021 Neither Brausshows nor anybody who did edits on it own the legal intellectual property rights to the model. The model is made from assembled parts. Quoting Brausshows: "Copyright?? CRYPTON FUTURE MEDIA, INC , EA , Koei Tecmo , Team Ninja". If we are talking "ownership" we are talking legal ownership of intellectual property rights, and those companies are it (as well as Tda who made the vocaloid base stuff like the face from scratch). It's common for deviantArt MMD creators/editors to post credits and rules for use but those are unenforceable aside from them taking the download(s) down from the page. Nothing wrong with being thoughtful about usage, but it's important to keep the facts straight.
