How the hell did you rip him from SC?

I got a question, how do I make the animations last longer in game? It works all and all but the game seems to cut the animation at the ten second mark or something like that, not even completing it. And I'm still sorta new at doing some stuff in unity, so...help maybe?

I love this avatar, she's so cute! But I got a question if I may ask, so I've been trying to give her the Invisible Man effect(aka the Flattoon Distance shader, same effect Bloody Miku uses). I can get the material to work effectively, except that her "base" model? Or something is under her material when I apply the effect. The effect works yes, but when I move close, people tend to see this purple blob where my eyes should be. Any idea how I can make that part of this avatar invisible too?

Beautiful model and imitation. But she's missing her eye textures, had to fix that and it still didn't look right but I went with it. The only major problem now is fixing her bones to work.
