I made this avatar. If you mean the parts used, it was the chibi una base with parts from ooka miko (kitsune tsuki) and some others which I don't know the origin of.
@Break The copyright holder for that is HanbitSoft, UnluckyCandyFox from deviantart ripped it and the guy you linked is someone that retextured/rigged it.
@Mitch murder Nope, just recreated. You could figure that much out by just looking at the unity package which is something that is really hard for you to figure out.
