When I downloaded it myself and went through the process I did not see the viseme error and all the components were in place. First I created a fresh project and imported dynamic bones, cubedsshaders, and the Vrchat Sdk. Then I went to projects at the bottom and right clicked in the assets folder and clicked import package then custom package. Imported the package I downloaded (Lucoa (Dynamic Bones)). Then I went to file and hit open scene and opened the Lucoa folder. Then I selected luc.unity and the model popped onto the scene with all the dynamic bones and the avatar descriptor in the correct settings. The settings I used for both the dynamic bones was .5 dampening and .9 inert leave everything else the same. Let me know if this works

Hey there, first of all... thank you for sharing your work with us! I have the dynamic bones asset, but when i import your unitypackage, the model doesn't seem to have any dynamic bones added to it. I added two scripts (one to hairroot, one to boobroot) and colliders for my hands/arms myself now, but i can't seem to find good values for the dynamic bones themself... jiggling doesn't seem to be right, especially for the hair. Am i doing something wrong with the import? How do i get your settings for the bones and colliders? If that's not possible (sorry i'm a newb with unity/modelling, just a filthy webdev) Thanks in advance!

I'll look into it some more later today. But for now check the avatar descriptor for lip sync which needs to be set to default. That's how I solved it on my version. You can find the avatar descriptor on the right side of the screen after clicking on Lucoa in the directory on the left side.

Still having that problem oddly. Love the looks of it so far but I can't seem to fix that face mesh

"this avatar uses visemes but the face mesh is not specified" I ran into this problem as well.I was able to get ti to upload when I went to "Face Mesh" under the "VRC_Avatar Descriptor" section and selected the only choice available which was "Body". Then I could suddenly upload/publish it. Haven't tested in game yet if it works though
