well the read me file don´t say much for new comers =D from what i see there are no dynamic bones set up nor can i hit play-mode in Unity to see it working and. The script provided give me error for reading window layout: window #11 / 12 / 13 is null. Gues importing bones and stuff manually is and reducing polygons (which are over 50k =D) is the best way

I'm having trouble following the READ ME instructions, what i have so far is i need to replace the VRC_SdkcontrolPanel Import Settings folder inside of Assets > VRCSDK > Dependencies > VRCHAT > Editor. I dont understand what to do next in the READ ME it says theres a file called open me but i dont know where this is
