Added a VRChat Avatar Descriptor
Attached a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor to 'Main Camera' and set the viewpoint to 0.522 m in world (eye level), derived from the rig's eye bones. Everything else in the package is unchanged.
Enabled viseme lip sync
Set lip sync to Viseme Blend Shape and assigned the 15 vrc.v_* shapes already on the mesh. The viseme mesh itself still has to be selected in Unity if it was never set.
