Upgraded SDK2 to SDK3 (new prefab)
The original scene (Assets/VRCSDK/dark nebula/Dark Nebula.unity) uses binary serialization, so it cannot be edited without Unity. Created 'Assets/Dark Nebula-VRCMods.prefab' and ready-to-open scene 'Assets/Dark Nebula-VRCMods.unity' instead: a prefab of the avatar model 'Assets/VRCSDK/dark nebula/dark nebula.fbx' with a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor on its root and the viewpoint at 1.685 m in world (eye level), derived from the rig's head bone. Open the generated scene in Unity to upload the avatar - the original scene is left untouched. The new prefab preserves the original scene's 1.37x root scale.
Resized the avatar to 1.8 m
The new prefab overrides the model root's scale, from 0.5 to 1.37, so the avatar stands 1.8 m tall. In Unity, tweak the scale to your preference - we default to 1.8 m (about the size of an average human male).
Added multi-avatar upload instructions
The package contains 2 avatar roots, but binary scene data cannot be faithfully separated by the server-side patcher. Assets/VRCMods-Upload-Instructions.txt identifies the generated primary prefab and explains how to migrate each remaining root in Unity.

0If you are having any problems with the avatar, add me on Discord, and I'll gladly help you out. heccertim#9040
0So I manually put the materials onto the ones you said to put it on and it still is by default a white star with a pink eye with no pupil.
0Thank you! :D
0If I do make a Kirby avatar (Which I probably will), I may upload it here.
0Could you upload a kirby avatar??
0You might have to manually apply the materials. The only materials that you will need to apply are the ones named body, eye, pupil, and outline. You will have to apply these materials directly to the mesh components.
0I got the shaders but it still comes out as pure white with a texture-less pink eye when I open the unity scene.
