Just put the file into unity and open the scene then click build and publish and upload it to VR Chat, I recommend using the Cubed Paradox FlatLitToon shader :) I got this model on Models-Resource.com and rigged it using Mixamo.com. It's from Kingdom Hearts 2 and is only 2922 polygons.
