Okay... go inside Taokaka's folder in your file explorer. There you'll find a .blend file which contains her model. Right click on it, and select Open with to choose the program to open the file, in this case it would be Blender. Run Blender once if you haven't

i just downloaded unity yesterday same goes with the SDK,im gonna try modded sdk now and idk why blender keep not detected by my unity even though i install it from steam

You still can't see the model of Taokaka right? How strange... is your Unity up to date? As well as the SDK? I really don't know how to fix this problem of yours, maybe dynamic bones is the issue. Probably not though...
